It is done with a standard rifle (which we have at the beginning of the game) and the skill of Elvis. We put a modification on the rifle +1 round in the clip, then we look for 5 saplings and leave them no more than 50 HP (they should be close together), open the skill "Commando" in Elvis (which allows you to shoot at 5 targets at a time) and kill them with this skill. The main thing is that your weapon is reloaded for 5 rounds.

In the first act there will be a side mission "forest ritual". After you scatter pollen around a bunch of seedlings will spawn, which on their first turn will run up in a bunch.
You can get trophies for killing five enemies in one turn + killing five with one shotgun shot + killing five with a grenade.
