First possible encounter is in area Crook’s Hollow (Sedentary town to Gator Zone, Old Town Road, then Crook’s Hollow). You can’t get here until you progress the story a few hours - I was level 8. Make a save hen entering. The game suggests you sneak around them to avoid detection but you can battle them and take out at least one. Equip skills that damage enemy armor. Cheevo pops as soon as one is defeated.
