Miasma Chronicles

The trophy is missable like all trophies for collecting stuff. You need to do all the side quests, etc. before entering the factory (there is an NPC with the letter M waiting for us at the entrance). There will be a warning when entering, but you can skip it. The story quest is called "Breakthrough".
