Miasma Chronicles

This is from a side mission called Protection Racket you can pick up in Spendthrift Ruins. It’s listed at level 11-13. Side missions show up on map as blue diamonds. The only was you can miss this is if you choose not to do it. My tip for any cluster of enemies is to try and use bottles to your advantage to silently take out some enemies to thin the herd.
