I'm not a Flight Sim expert but used this challenge to unlock this an 2 other achievements in one landing. You start out with the challenge right over the airport so I made a couple quick left hand turns and decreased the throttle (B button) completely. I touched down at the start of the grass runway and used the brake (X button). It wasn't pretty but it unlocked the Light Chop, On the Green and Uphill Climb achievements in under 10 minutes for me. Maybe it was a very lucky landing but it worked out.
