Completing the Bugalaga Landing Challenge with the default settings under Assistance will complete this achievement as well as Uphill Climb, as it's a sloped grassy runway.

This solution was written long ago, when it first released for the PC, and a lot of patching has occurred since then. Some users are reporting it no longer works. I'm leaving this here for reference.
Completing landing challenges is the most efficient way to get this since it also adds to other achievements, but there is an easier way to get this if you just want three achievements quickly.
- Turn of all assists.
- Select any aircraft, doesn't matter which one
- Select WX53-Bugalaga as your arrival airport
- Select WABS-Sinak as your departure airport making sure you start at a ramp. That's important since starting on the runway already has the engines running and that voids the 'no assists' portion.
- As soon as you are in the airplane, choose to 'Travel to -> Taxi' and respond to the prompts.
Achievement should pop during the loading screen.
This will also unlock
The Short Stuff achievement in Microsoft Flight Simulator worth 47 pointsLand on a runway shorter than 2,000 feet, without using any assistance or bypassing any travel.
The Uphill Climb achievement in Microsoft Flight Simulator worth 90 pointsLand on a runway that has at least a 12 degree incline, without using any assistance.

First point of contention is although you have a step-by-step to get the achievement, you don't mention anything about how to set up/turn on the Travel To. If people haven't used that before, then it might be good to mention that. You can't assume everyone knows where/what that is and how to turn it on. Second point is that it just didn't work. The Travel To worked fine once I found it and selected Taxi, but nothing happened during the loading screen or afterwards when the fast travel completed.

I don't get any prompts come up after i land ?
You won't. The prompts I refer to are the confirmation prompts asking if you are sure you want to travel.
