Microsoft Jackpot

This achievement is unlocked by leveling up to level 13 which will require you to have 5780 total xp. You can view the steps along the way here on the last page of the walkthrough: Microsoft Jackpot (Win 8) Walkthrough Page 4 - Rewards

Each xp is worth 10 coins so the minimum bet of 20 is actually 2 xp each spin. In reality you can use the highest bet available to you (ie 500 for 50 xp) at the time to help speed up this process but its probably beneficial to just use minimum bet and work towards other achievements until you reach lvl 13.

First try his method before tackling mine.

I had similar problems but the way I solved it was first save all your information incase of complications. This can be done by going to Microsoft Jackpot (Win 8) Walkthrough Page 3 - Story walkthrough and look under the Deep Blue section. Then proceed by signing out of xbox live on win 8. Boot up the game and remain signed off. Play afew spins then sign in. The game basically updates you and initializes your account again to the point you were at. If it restarts you to the beginning replace the .dat and .ark files to restore you to your previous progress. You can try again going through the steps but if that keeps failing then I would just recommend going for your remaining achievements before hard resetting.
