Randomly when playing the Year of the Dragon theme, you'll get a special Lion Dance. This will cause lions to come out and "dance" in some of the reels. This adds a string of about 10 wild cards to each of the reels that get affected.
To unlock this achievement, you need to have at least three reels with the bonus lions in them. No specific spin is required -- you don't have to actually land on those bonus lions -- you just have to have at least three reels impacted by the bonus lions.
The achievement currently unlocks immediately at the start of the spin (when the spin result is calculated) and not at the end of the animation that adds the lions to your wheel.

The unique bonus to the YEAR OF THE DRAGON theme is called the, “Lion Dance” and is randomly activated by just playing the YEAR OF THE DRAGON theme. When the Lion Dance activates, a number of Chinese lions will affect the reels to add additional WILDS icons. When at least three lions affect the playfield, the achievement will unlock.
