Select Jigsaw Jam mode on the main menu. Play the first collection, level 1-1 and if were quick enough you should unlock this achievement.
If you fail, then retry the level until you get the achievement.

Most easily done on pack 1-1. It's more reliable to go for speed than accuracy on this one. Nothing too hard if you're persistent about it. After about once or twice, you should know what the puzzles look like when it's done, so that should help you run through it quicker.
