Microsoft Minesweeper

Thanks Nax. It worked great. Heads up to anyone else before you do the update though. It completely resets your daily challenges progress for the month. And I only had one more month for gold and it's currently showing I have no daily challenge badges so it looks like it's a complete reset of everything. I'll let you all know if I get my gold badge next month like I should.

EDIT: I'm not sure if it's updating to the new version that caused this. But none of my old progress on the previous version counted towards the gold, silver and bronze daily challenge badge achievements. Also by buying the premium pass I've also met the requirements for all three achievements in the new version. They show in game as 8/8, 10/10 and 12/12 respectively. But no unlock. Just a heads up if anyone is thinking of switching and has progress on those achievements. You might want to keep the old version until those are unlocked.

This was my last achievement, but it wasn't popping even though my stats screen was saying best times yet no wins.

With the help of scmark15 and now with his permission, try this if you have a similar issue:

"Resetting the stats in game doesn't work but you can trick the game into fixing the wins by winning offline then going back online...

Step 1:
First disable your network adapter by right clicking on your internet icon in the taskbar and "Open Network and Internet settings" then select "Change adapter options". Once there right click on your internet adapter and select "Disable".

Step 2:
Now to reset the game, this will clear your game stats. Search for "Minesweeper" in the taskbar and right click on it and select "App Settings" the press the "Reset" button.

Step 3
Now open Minesweeper and re-win the three board sizes and your stats will now count the wins.
Note: For here out do not close Minesweeper or you'll have to start over.

Step 4
In Minesweeper click on Xbox Live box and it'll open the Xbox Console Companion App but will show an error. Leave this app open and go to next step.

Step 5
Go back to and repeat step 1 except select "Enable" from your network adapter options instead of "Disable". Wait a few seconds for your internet to reconnect.

Step 6
Now go back to the Xbox Console Companion and select click sign in in the console app and re-sign in with your login information.

Step 7
Play a game on Easy and win, don't think it matters if you actually win, and the achievement should pop on Live (You may not get an in-game popup). Also your wins will should counting again."
