This one is straightforward enough. You just have to win a single 2-suit game of Spider. When playing with two suits, the lowest difficulty is Hard, but don't be daunted by this. It isn't much harder, although it does take some adjusting when you're used to one suit.
The main tip is to try to keep each suit together. If you have to stack differing suits, make sure not to make them too long and varied or you might get screwed later. And also keep an eye out at all times for situations where you can "trade" stacks to match suits back up. It may take a few games to get used to a strategy, but in general it's pretty easy and shouldn't take more than a few games to win one.
