Note that wins in the Star Club and Daily Challenge modes (when you get the "Solve the deck" requirement) don't count towards this achievement unfortunately.

Full credit to Geoffistopheles for the following excellent shortcut to finishing FreeCell games very quickly:

When you load up a FreeCell games, if you go to Game Options in the upper left, the first field lets you input a game layout to play a specific card layout. Enter 10913 and click Play. You're going to play this specific FreeCell layout over and over. Once you learn the steps to complete this board, you can finish it incredibly fast. My best time is 8 seconds, but average is probably 12 seconds or so. This is way faster than spending 2-3 minutes trying to solve a random layout each time. Here are the specific steps to take to solve it:

1) 5 of diamonds to the 6 of spades
2) 4 of clubs to the 5 of diamonds
3) 10 of clubs to Jack of hearts
4) 8 of spades to 9 of hearts
5) 9 of diamonds to cell
6) Jack of hearts to empty column
7) 7 of diamonds to 8 of spades
8) 6 of spades to 7 of diamonds
9) 6 of diamonds to cell
10) 6 of hearts to 7 of spades
11) 5 of spades to 6 of hearts
12) 4 of hearts to foundation
13) 5 of hearts to foundation
14) 4 of diamonds to 5 of spades
15) 8 of hearts to 9 of spades
16) Queen of hearts to empty column
17) King of clubs to cell
18) Queen of clubs to cell
19) 9 of spades to foundation

It may seem complicated but you'll quickly get the hang of it and memorize the steps, then just rinse and repeat over and over. You'll get faster over time, and this should allow you to finish 100 games in close to an hour.

The achievement will unlock upon completing your 100th game.
