One important thing to note here is that it doesn't need to be the same game mode that you level up in two consecutive games to unlock this achievement. As a result, you can very easily set up this achievement: take one game mode and play games to get XP until you are close enough to the next level such that one more Easy game will level you up. Now do the same thing with a second game mode. Now play the first game mode to level up, then play the second to do the same, and this achievement will unlock. 
 
This achievement will very likely happen naturally if you're leveling up during a double XP day, and will assuredly happen over and over if you use a solver to grind out levels.
