To clarify what this achievement requires, on the same day you must complete:
 

• An Expert Events challenge
• An Expert Daily Challenge
• An Expert Star Club challenge

You can use the Daily Challenge calendar to find Expert Daily Challenges, and Star Club challenges are unrelated to the date. Unfortunately, you are completely at the mercy of the Events mode for this achievement. You must wait for a day where the live Event contains an Expert challenge. Once you find one, you need to complete it that day, then, using the Daily Challenges challenge, find an Expert Daily Challenge (can be any day of any month) and Expert Star Club challenge and complete both that day as well. 

In my experience, Expert Events challenges are available at least once or twice per week, so just keep at eye on them (which you'll probably be doing anyway to work on Events bracelets).
