As you can likely tell from the description, this achievement is definitely going to entail a massive amount of grinding. How much is largely dependent on how much of the base game contributes to your levels. If you're in the same boat as me and completed this game when it released in 2017, there is a good chance none of the base game will count, meaning you'll be starting this title update with all games at level 1, even after all the work you put into the base game.
With all of the title update just about done, it left me with all game modes around level 20-25, and that was even after needing to do a full month of daily challenges (some might get lucky and not have to do it again). You can therefore expect to need to grind out easily 150+ levels for this achievement (and another 25+ in each game mode for "Expert of all Trades").
If you're planning to do this "legit" (i.e. actually play games over and over for probably 100 or so hours to grind up to level 200), you should obviously pick the game type you like the most and/or are best at, and then play on the hardest difficulty you can consistently handle to maximize your XP. I would caution against using FreeCell since Expert is the highest difficulty, severely limiting how much XP you can get for that game; Spider is also a bad choice just because the games are so long and slow. My personal preference is Pyramid or TriPeaks since you can do multiple boards very quickly, but it's up to you. Double XP for your game mode will be your best friend - whenever you see it, take full advantage and put in as much time on the highest difficulty that you can that day.
SOLVER METHOD: if you would prefer to use a solver to grind out levels, a good one can be found HERE. This is a program that will take control of your mouse and desktop, analyze the dealt cards, and then solve the game for you. Because of this, your computer will flag it as potential malware, but it is safe to install and use. Note that it's free for a 30 day trial, so if you do install it, make efficient use of it during that time. The fastest game mode to level up to 200 with a solver is Pyramid. Play 3 board games on Grandmaster difficulty and you will get more than two levels per game during double XP, allowing you to fly up in levels. Since you have 30 free days, it's most efficient to wait for double XP for each game mode, but it's up to you if you don't want to wait.
