Upon starting a game of Pyramid, pull up the menu in the upper left corner and choose Game Options. The first option is to turn on timed mode. Select this to turn on timed mode. It will automatically start a new Pyramid game for you. Now simply finish a game (let the timer run out) and the achievement will unlock when you're done, regardless of whether you clear any boards or not.
