As the description says, on a day where double XP is available for a game, win a game of it on at least Hard difficulty.
Obviously you're at the mercy of double XP days for this, but thankfully they are very common - they happen at least once or twice a week, in my experience. You will unavoidably encounter many double XP days while working on Events. Note that Daily Challenges and Events challenges work for this achievement too, so you will likely unlock this naturally while working on your Events bracelets.
