For the people like me who don't really pay attention to the tutorial, Wraith flash is when you combo meter turns red you press (

), all you need to do for the achievement is dominate 50 Uruks and it should pop.

This one may be buggy. I unlocked it after only branding 10, but hitting the same orcs repeatedly with Wraith Flashes as I tried to get the others.
I did this at the very beginning of The Bright Lord, when the game teaches you the Power of The One Ring. I walked into the center of the ten Uruk ambush, activated The One Ring (

) and repeatedly pressed 
+
until I had all 10 for the objective, and the achievement popped immediately.
Not sure if it counted all the Uruk being hit and re-dominated or something, but it definitely unlocked far earlier than intended.
