Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor - Game of the Year Edition

There are five Sword Missions in both Udun and Nurn for a total of ten which will each upgrade the look and story of Urfael. The first missions are available after completing the Prologue and show as a small sword emblem on the map. Below are each of the missions available in Udun since this is the first area:

Into the Pit - Defeat 50 Uruks in The Pit
Cutting the Lines - Kill all trainee Uruks in the Training Grounds
Arise - Stand off against the Uruk ambush
*The Fell Beast - Mount a Caragor and kill three patrols before they reach stronghold
- You won't be able to mount a Caragor until completing the associated story mission
*Nameless Things - Clear three Ghul nests
- You need Wraith Flash which is unlocked during story mission Shattered Memories

Complete one of these missions and the achievement will pop.
