This is part of the main Storyline, unmissable unless you don't play the main missions, Which are a yellow icons on the map.

I just 100% the game (according to the in game menu) and have missed this achievement. going to start over and hopefully pop this one. glitch?

edit: I played through again following the guide and no achievement cry

Unfortunately not yet. Maybe delete all game saves, delete local game data and try a fresh play through? That would be my next step but I haven't attempted it.

I found the solution. You have to delete local game data and cloud game data. Then, start the main story again and play the first quest of Gollum. You unlock the achievement after kill the caragon in the cave.

You unlock this trophy by completing the main story missions. It's right after you follow Gollum to the caves. After dispatching the enemies that follow it should pop up.
