How to unlock the Dominion achievement in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor - Definitive Guide

For this you'll need to use Wraith Flash by hitting cn_A + cn_X when you combo meter is red. Keep in mind that a higher combo meter will result in a flash with a larger radius and an increased chance that an uruk will be branded. When you do successfully brand an uruk with Wraith Flash you'll get one more tally towards your 50 needed. As Wraith Flash is a very effective means of crowd control you'll get this quite easily during your run through the dlc's story campaign.

Thanks for pointing out Wraith Flash as a crowd control move par excellence. I'm using it all the time now + also does wonders when combined with the power of the ring.

Does it have to be in a dlc campaign or the main campaign?

This achievement is easy to be achieved by playing the Test of the Ring (DLC) mode.

This trophy will come naturally as you proceed through the story. You would have to intentionally try to avoid using Flash Brand to miss this trophy. A Flash Brand is performed via + , and requires a red Hit Streak to perform.

This trophy may be achieved in either DLC story mode or Test of the Ring.

Wraith Flash Domination is the second of Celebrimbor’s new abilities. In order to execute it within battle, you’ll need to press  and  simultaneously with a charged hit streak. This will cause Celebrimbor to slam his first on the ground and Flash Brand nearby Uruk. Take note that the higher your hit streak is, the more Uruks you will brand when using the ability. 

All in all, this will come naturally while playing the side missions and main story missions since the total is cumulative throughout your playthrough. Once 50 Uruk have been branded via the Wraith Flash Domination ability, this achievement will unlock.
