To unlock this trophy you must complete the main story mission “The Great White Graug”. This is the third and final step in the Torvin quest chain that takes you on a hunt for the alpha graug. It is the biggest graug in the game and unlike the regular and horned graugs, it can’t be mounted or bled. To kill it you must stagger it with a charged arrow to the head while it is running at you. This will cause it to run into the wall, stun it, and let you damage it with .

After that you wait until it picks up a ghul and then shoot it in the head or body to stop it from healing. Once all of the ghuls are dead it will try and run at you again and repeat the cycle.

When you finish your third stun and damage phase a cutscene will begin. The cutscene will come to an end and you will find yourself outside but most likely the trophy will have yet to pop. There is typically a delay with this trophy so don’t be alarmed if it takes a short while, just wait until it appears.
