Gorthaur the Cruel requires you to topple a statue of Sauron.
This achievement will be completed through the course of the Main Missions while undertaking Hirgon's story arc, which culminates in The Monument mission, that tasks you to drive a cart full of blasting powder into the monument gate.

A story related achievement that somehow didn't unlock for me....weird!

Note that there are a couple areas on the map with unlimited elf shot in case you run out.

Story related. Cannot be missed.
To unlock this trophy you must complete the main story mission “The Dark Monument”.
During the mission you will have to escort Hirgon’s men to procure some grog, which is needed to destroy a newly built monument of Sauron. Along the way you will clear out several Uruk outposts and eventually reach the monument itself. The cart carrying the the grog comes under attack and you must fend them off to successfully reach the gate.
Archers will shoot fire arrows at the cart in an attempt to prematurely detonate it, so you must kill them before they can destroy it. Headshotting three of the archers will also give the bonus reward for the mission. When the archers are dead, walk behind the cart and hold
to push the cart towards the gate. Additional archers will arrive that you will need to kill.
Once the cart reaches the gate it will destroy the monument. After a short cutscene with Hirgon the trophy will unlock.
