How to unlock the The Collector achievement in Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor - Definitive Guide
I read in a different forum that if you hard reset your console it will work. They were right! I rebooted my box and now spitter ghuls everywhere! The attached video shows an excellent spot to get this cheeve. I take no credit for the video and only added it for visual aid. I hope this helps!
At the bottom middle of the map youll see a town with 2 bridges going over a river. You want to go to the lower right bridge.
Where tge bridge ends at the town, youll see a sack hanging that you can shoot to attract a wretched gruag. Youll want to shoot it and attract a gruag and shadow mount it. Then find a carageth(they are all over the place, use vision to find one) and shadow mount it.
Lastly, to the north of the bridge is a ghul mount which you can shoot to find them. Use x and y with 5x multiplier to dominate them. If you cant find the mount than just run around with vision until you see one.
I suggest getting ghuls last because they die really fast.
There is an edit button.
When you're battling the final Warchief, he will disappear and you'll leave the cave to find him outside. After Shadow Striking over to him you begin combat again. During this combat, lots of Ghuls show up and it's very easy to brand a bunch of these by using + when your combo is red. You'll probably struggle to even defeat the Warchief without doing this. Ideally you'll brand a Spitter Ghul or two during this.
Now I don't know if the following was scripted or not, and so you may not experience this, but as the fight continued, both Caragaths and a Graug ran into join the battle. At that point it was simply a case of Shadow Branding both of them, and achievement unlocked. You can Shadow Brand by then on both targets. I'd recommend doing the Caragath first, then the Graug, as you don't have to dismount first. If necessary, then just look for a Spitter Ghul if you still don't have one branded. The Graug should stay alive for a while, and you could ideally ride the Caragath round looking for a Ghul if you still need one.
For anyone who didn't get this during the mission. It is easily attainable at the location on the map below. Red is caragath location, blue is ghul mound location, and orange is graug bait location.

Before you can begin working on this achievement, take note that the main story mission entitled "Hypocritical Oath" must be completed first. Only after this mission has been completed will you finally have learned how to dominate all three creatures in Nurn.
With that said, Caragaths can usually be found roaming around the region in packs or with a single Uruk tamer. As for Wretched Graugs, you will need to locate and shoot Graug bait (there's usually always one on the underside of the bridge north of the east-most Forge Tower) to lure one out. To dominate these beasts, simply perform a shadow mount from afar and Talion will control the creature.
Finally, in order to dominate a Ghul (refer above to "O Mother, Where Art Thou?" for more information on branding Ghuls), you will need to locate a Ghul mound in Nurn and bait the mound to lure the pesky creatures out of their hives. Take note that even if a dominated creature is not near you, the game will still recognize that it is under your control. Once all three creatures are simultaneously under your control, this achievement will unlock.
A good location for this is south of the Forge Tower in the Fern Outskirts region. To the southeast of this tower is a small Uruk camp that is on a raised mound with a bridge going to it; you can see the bridge easily on the map. On the underside of this bridge is a Graug bait that you can shoot to easily spawn a Wretched Graug. The area between the Forge Tower and the Camp will have some roaming Caragaths as well as a Ghûl mound that you can use to spawn Ghûls.
I found the best place to achieve it in the Fern Neighborhood location. We move to the tower in that location, from the tower if you look straight across the bridge you will see a bait for Graug hanging. We shoot at it and jump down in the other direction, there is a bait for ghouls on the ground, right next to the tower. And from this bait, turning 180 degrees, you will see a cage with a caragor in the distance. Well, then everything is simple, we lured the graug and he is already rummaging around, then we attract the ghouls and take control of the spitting one, then we shoot at the cage with the caragor and saddle him, and from the caragor we jump onto the graug. If it doesn’t work out again, quickly move to this tower, everything will respawn again, sometimes the cell does not appear, again we just quickly move.
