WARNING: This is not actually ( Fighting ) at all, there is no movement or tips on how to kill him. What this is happens to be is one of those sequence of buttons that you have to press at the right time and obviously press the right button, and of course moving the analog stick into the circle which is very used in this game so everyone should know what to do when they get there. This achievement is glitched for me and never popped, incredibly frustrating

This achievement is story related and unmissable provided you complete the game.
You will receive it after you defeat the final boss:
This battle does not have the main combat you have come to expect from the game. It is comprised of everyone's favorite boss combat.... button prompt sequences. This is similar to what you have seen in last chance scenarios.
There are five actions:
Single Button (

Repeatedly Mash Button ( or )

This may seem a silly question but do I need to finish all tasks and get all other cheevos or can I complete the game and mop up everything I've missed.

You can continue to play after the story mode quests are complete. Feel free to mop up after if that's how you prefer to play.

Story related. Cannot be missed.
To unlock this trophy you must complete the 20th and final main story mission “Mordor in Flames”. With The Tower dead, The Black Hand makes his way to Nurn and destroys the Queens castle. You set out to retaliate and take your Warchiefs with you yet again, this time to The Black Gate. After riding your caragor a short distance you will encounter five captains known as the Talons of the Hand. Kill them all to proceed.
With the Talons dead climb the gate to the top and you will encounter The Black Hand. After a short cutscene of Celebrimbor’s death The Black Hand kills himself, then strips you of the Wraith and tries to kill you in Sauron’s form. Celebrimbor detains him and this prompts a quicktime event allowing you to counter and slay him.
After a final cutscene the trophy will unlock and the game will be over. At the end of the credits you will be able to continue playing. The following message will appear stating that the fight is not over and to continue hunting Captains, Warchiefs, secrets, and saving Outcasts:
Glitch Warning: Some people are experiencing a glitch where the Sauron's Army menu becomes inaccessible after completing this mission. If you are at all concerned about this happening to you I recommend backing up your save before beginning it.
