How to unlock the Bad Boss achievement in Middle-earth: Shadow of War - Definitive Guide
As you work your way through the main story, you will unlock the ability to Dominate. You will also be able to Command these followers and Assign them as bodyguards. You'll also be able to summon your bodyguard using the D-Pad. Upon summoning your follower as a bodyguard, attack him repeatedly to cause a Betrayal and unlock your achievement.

I've done this but the achievement didn't unlock, I might have done something wrong but is anyone else having issues with this?

Yea I'm summoning the body guard, slapping him around and no betrayal prompts. He literally just dies.

Very simple to do this one. All you need to do is assign one of your Captains to be your body guard, do this in the Army menu, then summon him and attack till he is downed. Once you revive him he will betray you and the achievement will unlock.
What you wanna do is recruit a captain. Then just start hitting him until he betrays you and the achievement should be yours.

Make a captain your bodyguard, and summon him by pressing 2. If he appears, strike him a couple of times. After a couple of strikes (~7 in my case, no hit combo), he betrays you and the achievement pop-up (and he is not in your army anymore).
To get the trophy called “Bad Boss”, you must strike a follower enough times before he turns around and betrays you.
It’s really simple. First, dominate a captain or war chief and make them your bodyguard.
Next, I suggest finding an isolated spot where there are less or no enemies nearby, then summon your bodyguard. Once they appear, press towards them, attacking them constantly until they lock weapons with you. Once they are done with their speech and you both back off from each other, the trophy should unlock.
Have fun and good luck!

To unlock this trophy all you have to do is beat the crap out of one of your followers till he's had enough and turns back.

This trophy can be attempted once you unlock the ability to dominate captains in Nurnen during Act 2.
Dominate and recruit a captain, press so that they stay and fight or summon one as a bodyguard once you have that skill. Simply attack your captain until he turns hostile and the trophy will unlock.

To unlock this achievement you need to attack one of your followers until they have had enough. You can do this with any of your followers though it would be best to do it with one that you don't care about. Choose one that is not currently busy with a mission and mark them to find where they are, then head to them and start to attack them. Eventually they will have enough and betray you, unlocking the achievement.

Make sure that in the “skills” section in the “summon supporters” ability, the active improvement “Bodyguard” is selected in order to summon exactly one orc, and not several or a flock of spiders.
