How to unlock the Complete in Defeat achievement in Middle-earth: Shadow of War - Definitive Guide

Just complete all of the "Fallen Blades" quests. Once you do, "The Lawless" quest will appear. The Lawless is a Tribe-less Orc Captain who uses Cursed weapons.
You can kill him and his crew pretty easily by using the Ice Stalker gear and hitting him with executions

Another easy way to kill him is to climb up a tower. Brutalize one of his soldiers and the majority flee. Climb back up and hit him with a stealth attack. He will be dazed and have extremely low health. A couple of hits will kill him

Where is the Fallen Blades quest line located?

@Kjer25: You can either access them from the Quest menu (press LB when on the map) or simply by going to each "Kill the X" missions you see on the map of each region. They aren't story quests as much as just killing a bunch of legendary captains and being rewarded legendary armour.

I completed the requirements for the achievement (kill the Lawless), but the achievement didn’t unlock. What did I do wrong?

It might be stuck on done unlocking or they could be a bug.

No unlock for me. Did all of the story first and then did all Fallen Blade-quests in a row afterwards in one go.

Just wanted to add to DeltaJFord's awesome guide.......I found an awesome detailed guide written by burqawitz in Neoseeker explaining in great detail how to kill ALL of the main orcs to get ALL of the legendary sets!!! Even how to easily kill the Lawless!!

Update: I felt I needed to add this because Snowflake was the hardest orc to find!! It took me quite awhile to find the mission start.

From the fast travel point to the right of the "mission start icon", turn right and double jump, there is a caragor cage on the right of a well hidden entrance into the mountain. On your mini map, you should see a narrow pathway, its a little bit to the right of it.

To unlock this achievement you need to defeat the Lawless. The Lawless is an Orc that appears after you have completed all of the Fallen Blades quests to collect all of the Elven gear. Once you have completed all six of the Fallen Blades missions in each region, a new mission called 'The Lawless' will appear in Gorgoroth. Head there and complete it to unlock this achievement.

To unlock this trophy, you need to complete the quest 'Ratak the Lawless'. This is the final quest as part of the 'Fallen Blades' quest line.

In each of these quests you need to defeat a Legendary captain that will spawn directly in front of you. I don't recommend attempting these until you have reached the part in the story where you get a bodyguard, the reason for this is because some of the captains have a lot of annoying immunities, having a bodyguard helps immensely as they deal a lot of damage and act as a distraction.

Once you complete all of these quests, 'Ratak the Lawless' will be available. He is a higher level and tougher than the previous captains but the approach to defeating him is the same: use your bodyguard and check his weaknesses by pressing when he appears.

An incredibly boring trophy, since most captains are immune to absolutely everything: light, executions, shelling, etc. To make the process not so boring and dull, you can use an orc bodyguard, which significantly speeds up the killing of captains.

In order for an orc bodyguard to appear, move to Nurnen once and you will be happy
