How to unlock the Everything is Permitted achievement in Middle-earth: Shadow of War - Definitive Guide

The first step is to complete the entire Bruz quest line and unlock Skill Upgrade: Worse Than Death. Once unlocked, equip it.

Next, you'll need to find an enemy assassin in the army menu. You can use a worm to find intel on captains, or shun an assassin follower to turn them against you. You can even use loot box cards to summon the follower you need if necessary. You can see their whether they are an assassin underneath their name or in their details under Class Traits and Advanced Class.

With the skill equipped and an enemy assassin, you will need to find them and dominate them, and then use the Shame - Worse Than Death option until they become deranged. There is a chance that this skill will actually raise their level instead, but just keep trying until it works; it may take multiple attempts.

So much easier with the Worse than Death skill, don't know why I didn't think of it before watching this.
Only took two to make an Assassin Derranged. Got to five attempts before and he died before I could try a sixth. Clumsy Graugs.

@Maka91 They chose the Assassin Class for this achievement because the name of the achievement references Assassin's Creed.

Damn, still trying this, my first assassin wouldn't become deranged after 3 tries and I couldn't get him in the "green" bc he was so much lower leveled then I ayt this point , so I let the QTE run its course....at least I got "Nemesis" cheevo out of it, lol

This one seems a little buggy but in a good way. It popped for me when shaming an online revenge target. I hadn't purchased the Worse Than Death skill, he was an online target so this was his first shaming and he was a Marksman class orc. So, it popped for me without hitting any of the criteria.

I actually shamed a captain (not assassin though) and made them deranged without that perk. I'm guessing the perk just increases the chance?

You must shame a captain with the title of assassin. Mine was a poison assassin and I had to shame him about 7 times. You just need to hunt them down and get their health low to shame them. After you do it enough times he will become deranged and your achievement should pop.

I only needed to shame mine once for the cheevo to pop. Not sure what qualifies them to become deranged though. Might be luck, might be other factors i.e. level they drop down to.

Seems random. I shamed a slayer once and he went deranged, but I've done an Assassin 3 times so far and he hasn't.

Mine became deranged when his level couldn't go any lower.

I've managed to shame 5 different Assassins now and I am still yet to get the achievement to unlock so I am unsure what I am doing wrong. I've followed this video and another yet it still isn't working :( Good video though so thanks for the help.

@ Jamiereloaded If you haven't got the 'Shame-worse than death' skill it can take many shames on the same orc. Once you unlock the afore mentioned skill then you'll get to shame & derange much easier.

I got it,it was a pain in the butt though. This one and the 'Trolling' (Riding an olog kill) took hours to get due to the randomness of some of these orcs. They're part of the reason I love this game but these 2 achievements were a pain because of them.Probably did 20+ shamings altogether.

I had one guy,not an assassin,go deranged first time so I tried it on an assassin hoping for the same.After the 3rd shaming he went insane,his name changed to Kuga the Maniac & I thought that would be the achievement-no such luck.I carried on shaming him maybe 8 or 9 times,he went down to lvl 1 & up as far as lvl 60!! I got bored so I killed him & was planning to try again on a different guy but now the game is trolling me shock He came back to life & will not leave me alone.I've shamed him another 3 times since but no joy.Anyone else had one go maniac rather than deranged or am I the only one? I am going to cut my losses & try another guy once I get the 'worse than death' skill but damn this dudes annoying facepalm

To unlock this achievement you need to shame an Assassin until he becomes deranged. To do this, you first need to find an enemy Orc that is an Assassin class. Then when you find him, beat and then dominate him and press to shame him which will reduce his level and make him flee. You then need to repeat this until you have shamed him enough times to become deranged. The amount of times it needs to be done varies, if you're lucky it will only take a few shames, though it can take five or more.

You can also unlock a skill upgrade called 'Worse than Death' by completing the Bruz questline which gives you an increased chance for a shamed enemy to become deranged, but also a small chance to make the enemy Orc more powerful, but using this you will get this achievement much more easily.

Shaming is something you can to do a dominated a captain to lower his level, this also has a chance to make a captain deranged.

Before attempting this make sure you equip the skill upgrade 'Worse than Death' which is unlocked after finish the Bruz quest line, this increases the chance of deranging a captain considerably. Check the Army screen and find a captain with the 'Assassin' advanced class, go and find this captain and dominate him, press to shame him and he may become deranged, if not find and shame him again. Once he is deranged the trophy will unlock.

See video below from PowerPyx.

According to the plot, they will give a skill that can significantly speed up this event

The most important thing is don’t try on the legendary ones, I just drove him crazy from the 6th time, I lowered him to lvl 1

Pay attention to nicknames. If an orc has the nickname “Psycho” or “crazy”, then he will go crazy faster. My orc with the nickname “crazy” went crazy immediately, on the first try. However, he became a maniac and his level rose 20 higher than mine.

Don't rush to complete the trophy on purpose. After completing Bruz's quest line, a skill (or rather an upgrade) will be available, which will make it easier to obtain.

The system of obtaining exactly the same as on the "Brother to Brother" trophy

1) As soon as you find the “Hitman” fighter, exit the game and save to an external storage device;
2) It is necessary to lower the level (lose) of a captain with the rank of “Assassin”
, and more than once;
3) Found the captain and finished off until the moment of “BREAKING”, when the green indicator appears, have time to hold down , Then and release until we meet again;
4) Downgraded (downgraded) - go out and save to an external storage device, there are many events in the game that can simply kill the character and then you will have to search for a long time and painfully for a new one!!!

Personally, I wasn’t very lucky and I demoted a rare fighter, I had to prove my cool to him 7 times

You need to complete Bruz’s line of tasks, then the “psychosis” skill will appear.
I practically eliminated three killers; below level 3 there is a very high probability of accidentally killing them with one critical hit. After receiving the skill, I received a trophy the second time.
So don't waste your time trying to get it early.
