How to unlock the Speak Friend and Enter achievement in Middle-earth: Shadow of War - Definitive Guide
Once you have collected all 6, head to the door, which also appears on your map, to the south, underground in the Barrows. You can fast travel to this area once you have visited it during the story in Act I.
The poem has six words missing and you need to place the words in the correct order to complete the poem. It should read as follows:
We bear our banners aloft, boots like Drums
Our Cadence quick, our countenance dire.
For who in this dark, dream-haunted Land dares
Resist the righteous flame of Wrath
And Doom themselves to despair and death?
To unlock this achievement you need to open one of the Ithildin doors. There are five doors total, one in each region and you will need to find six Ithildin fragments for each door. Ithildin fragments are found by cleansing the Haedir towers that act as fast travel points, you can use them to find not only the Ithildin fragments but also the barrow where the Ithildin door is found and the other collectibles for "Finished Tales" and "The Web Revealed".
Once you have found all six fragments and the barrow in a region, likely the first region Minas Ithil/Morgul, go to the door and activate it. You will then need to put the six fragments in order in the poem on the door. I will use the first door as an example as it is only required to open one of them for this achievement. Going from the top line to the bottom the words are; Shadows, Drums, Cadence, Land, Wrath and Doom. Once you have put these six words in order the door will open and you can claim the loot inside which is one piece of the Bright Lord legendary set and is well worth keeping.
You will visit a door automatically in Minas Ithil/Morgul early on in the game, if you have found all 6 Ithildin you can solve a poem puzzle and open the door. You only need to open a single door, not all 5 of them unless you want the Bright Lord legendary gear.

Minas Itil
In dark Mordor, home of the Shadows ,
Higher are the Banners , and our steps are faster.
Guided by the righteous flame of wrath,
We are fighting for the edge that was once Home .
Who will challenge us ? Stupid or brave
The one who dooms himself to death?
Kirit-Ungol
It seemed that the darkness would be endless ,
That she came to this world uninvited.
But the Light Lord rose like the sun:
From sunset it will return to the East,
The shine of chain mail and blade
He will drive out darkness from the east - forever.
Nurnen
Let the enemy build walls and dig a ditch deep,
Calls animals and reptiles for help,
It will not overcome hordes that have no equal and never will have one.
Terrible pains
We will inflict on those gloomy cohorts ,
What they thought of holding back the light coming to Mordor.
Seregost
Mordor is shrouded in darkness, like a dead man's shroud.
Of a broken oath, he himself is poisoned forever.
In the lands of his treachery and strife are on guard.
He is doomed to fade away in the cold embrace of the Fallen .
Soon, like a flame, the Fury of the Light Lord
All decay and rot will burn out, and the plain will bloom again.
Gorgoroth
Hiding vilely in the shadows and darkness , the enemy strives to defeat us,
But our Walls will not shake - the enemy will not succeed here.
Let him sharpen blades and arrows, pouring evil and poison into them -
Skillfully made chain mail will protect us from death.
Let the enemy be confident in his success, but it’s worth getting to know him,
That the army of the Light Lord always defeats darkness.
The Russian localization of the text is good and the text on the door rhymes, it is almost impossible to make a mistake when substituting words.
