The first opportunity for this achievement is on Level 7. Simply shoot Midnight into the spikes at the bottom of the level and the achievement will unlock.

Simply die to any spike. There are plenty throughout the game, and you will most likely get this one without trying.

This can be unlocked as early as Level 7. Aim Midnight towards the spikes at the bottom of the screen and shoot Midnight into them.
