The earliest you can get this is Lvl 31. Just launch into one of the white lines and achievement unlocks.

Simply die to any laser. They will appear in the later levels. Once again, you will most likely get it without trying.

Lasers don't appear until level 31. Simply shoot Midnight into the lasers at the bottom of the level and the achievement will unlock.
