This one’s not too hard, you can probably get it naturally whilst playing.

Whenever you get a knife or something of the sort whilst playing, press cn_RT whilst looking at the nearest standard enemy (like a bozo) to throw it at them. This should kill the enemy instantly causing the knife to stick in their head.

Note that if the enemy is stronger than a bozo, or has a shield like item, the knife won’t kill them, therefore it won’t stick in their head.

Edit: knives can still get stuck in the head’s of stronger enemies without killing then, but it’s not guaranteed as they can block them.

Also you can still do this with sheild enemies if you breal their guard first

The easiest way to do this is on the zombie level. You take two machetes, throw them at zombies, die, and do it all over again.

I went through the whole game, and while filling in S, I added the perk to enemies with cleavers. It’s easier and you don’t have to rack your brains
