In order to unlock this achievement you must have bought and equipped the gun finishers skill (5th skill on the finishers chain).
The best level for this achievement is probably level 36, Eightieth Floor. When the SWAT guys come out, take one of their guns, after 1 or 2 shots press LB on them to finish them with a gun.

To pull off a gun finisher, you need to unlock the required skill, then hold a gun when you press the finisher button (L1). Shoot an enemy in quick bursts so you don't accidentally kill them to make it more manageable.
The best location for farming any needed kills is the Graveyard.
Plenty of guns, and the zombies are both spread out, and have to get close to harm you. Two shots with the magnum will wound them enough for a finisher, as does two auto-bursts from the rifle.
