Now this will take some patience and timing but If I can do it so can you.

Don't worry to much about your skill point usage, you will get every skill by the end of the game.
There are 40 levels and the skill jump increases around the halfway mark, you will probably want to spam dodge and make use of your gun a lot.

There are parts you will be stuck on for a while depending on your skill and a little bit of luck.
For example there is a part where you walk into an tiny elevator and 4 enemies with guns surround you, I would suggest trying to always bring a fresh weapon into the next area of any mission for an advantage.

Always aggro enemies with guns and use those guns to kill other ranged units.

I just completed this game and going for 100% eventually, so that's really all I have for you now.
Except I think it's mission 39 there is a Robot boss who is immume to bullets and periodically 4 or 5 enemies spawn in usually 1 or 2 with a melee weapon and 1 with a gun.
Do not fight the robot without a weapon, I found an exploit kind of where you pull him in with the rope, punch him 2 or 3 times, roll away, rinse repeat. Only works if all other enemies are dead, He is weak to stun shot so use that, he sometimes looks stunned but still attacks (which is fun) and it usually 1 taps you if it's his melee attack.
He also has a crazy lazer beam with a pretty long wind up and obvious tell, IT WILL kill you befroe you can get out of it, so roll well before.

Long story short for the boss, kill the pleb with the gun, use the gun to kill the other small guys, pick up a melee weapon they dropped and rope stun spam until more enemies spawn and repeat.
SIde note: The boss is not effected by hypno shot, and using it on the small guys is just a tiny distraction for him, you'd be better off using expslosive shot and rolling around the table
