I got this achievement by accident. It’s far easier than it seems.
Go to the level “Train Tunnel” and one of the secondary objectives is “let all enemies die by moving train”.
Just keep running away while staying on the tracks. When the alert for an incoming train shows up, roll out of the way and let the train kill the enemies.
Getting hit or dying to a train voids the achievement but you get a lot of warning before a train arrives. I did it on my 2nd try.
The entire level is one screen, so once 30 enemies are dead, jump in the manhole and bam, achievement.

PC only solution:
On Mission 23, Highway, as soon as you get control of your character, click Tab. This will complete the level.
* Might work if you connect a keyboard to your console, not sure.

Already got the achievement but this method works amazingly for objective complete the level without dying. Thanks.

You can also do this after finishing the 1st level as that unlocks challenges too and you can skip the cut scenes and chats also making this possible to get the 100 combo at the same time

This is how I did it too. I replayed the first level after I got the hang of the game and just kept rolling and only picking up throwable items so that the enemies never got near me. Plus there is only one guy with a gun, and it's a pistol, so you don't have to worry about stray bullets too much.
