You will most likely get this by just playing as they seem to kill each other constantly, but some quick ways to boost this.
-While facing the Rat King Boss, he will continuously swing his hammer, killing his minions, about 6 or 7. Dodge around him and then let him kill you once he has killed the majority of the minions. Rinse and repeat until the achievement unlocks.
-When you are looking for Chef Favreau, there will be a couple instances of gang wars. Let them kill each other, and then let them kill you so you can respawn and grind out more kills.

Level 24 "Airport" is also a good one because of the chopper that fires bullets back and forth as enemies enter. All you have to do is roll to dodge it. I got almost 25% in a single play of the level.
