Load up level 5, Restroom. Difficulty: Anything other than realistic. Use perk: Unbreakable Weapons (obtained from getting s rank, all gold teeth and completing all challenges on level 3, Commuter train)
Once the level starts, go into the restroom and get one of the plungers that spawn. There is a spawn on the middle right of the restroom, and one in the top left of the restroom. Once you have it, all you have to do is hit an enemy twice with the plunger and the prompt to finish the enemy using
