You’ll have a bunch of deaths by the end of the game if you’re playing hard or realistic. But if you want to farm for this, a good spot is in level 35 (Service Elevator). Playing on hard or realistic will make this go a lot faster. At the last section of this level, you’ll be surrounded by special forces, most having guns. Die in this section. Once you respawn at the checkpoint, the special forces will shoot you instantly and you’ll die almost immediately (literally like 0.5 seconds). Just keep pressing B to respawn and do nothing else. Rinse and repeat.

Alternatively to OPs solution, select level 13 and play until you reach a room where a bunch of guys are clearing a rather bloody mess. Before you enter a room, go to the left to a small ledge where you can fall into the water and die instantly. You'll respawn in said room so just back out through the door and fall off the ledge again. Takes about 2 sec per death.

Another good location is the final checkpoint of the level ‘Suburbs’. It will take you only a couple minutes to get to this checkpoint and you can just continue running into the harvester. Does not matter what difficulty as you will die instantly.
