To obtain this achievement you must enter the minigame A that is in level 4.
Minigame A is found in level 4, and is noticeable on the right side of the screen, near the statues. To access it enter the following movements:
R, Dx5, R, L, Dx2, L, L
Once you enter the achievement should unlock. Within the target shooting minigame you can also get another achievement, you just have to get 420 points in minigame A to unlock it, make sure you shoot all the points and avoid shooting the cats.
