When starting select day 3 at the menu screen. When the game properly begins, start driving north and take the 2nd left turn. If you went the right way you should see a train track with a train going by. Just north of that is Freddy in a hippie van. It won't pull over with your sirens so you need to bash into it until it drives off the road. Upon successfully doing that you need to get back to the station. Head north and keep taking the left turns (not the 90 degree left turns) and you should come across the police station. Simply drive into the parking spot and it will go to a new screen where you need to mash X extremely quickly to interrogate Freddy. If the bar filled up in time the trophy is yours.
Tips:
If you are struggling to find the police station or Freddy then have some test runs to familiarise yourself with the map.
You don't need gas or donut refills but if you find you're running out of time then grab some donuts. They're the trays that go flying out on the side of the road, just drive past into the tray to get more time.
Never take any sharp 90 degree turns as that will lead you away from Freddy and the police station.
Drive with your sirens on so cars get out of your way.

Here is a trophy that is only mildly difficult because the game is so confusing. When you start, MAKE SURE to pick Day 3, since Freddy Freak only appears on Day 3. Immediately floor it, while holding down the siren, and always stay to the left. You will eventually come up to train tracks. As long as you have been going fast, you will cross the tracks before the train. Right after the train tracks, on the right side of the street, Freddy Freak will pull into the road. He has a bright pink "Hippie Van". Immediately ram him off the road. As long as you keep on him, it will take no time to arrest him.
After gathering up Freddy, things get even more confusing. Floor it again with your siren blaring, and keep heading to the left every chance you can. Eventually, you will pull into the Police Station. MAKE SURE to park in the back on the right hand side. You don't have to actually park, just drive right into it. Hold down the gas button and prepare to mash the hell out of the siren button. You will now be "interrogating" Freddy as the Chief is heading to your office. As long as you get the bar up before the chief grabs your door, Freddy confesses, and you got yourself another trophy!
This will definitely take a few tries - if you aren't fast enough driving you can run out of time, but as long as you stay left, pull over Freddy quickly and refrain from crashing, you will have this one done fairly easily.

For this game The easiest way to handle the controls is to use 
for gas and the D Pad to steer left and right, hold down 
to use your police siren. I tried the game multiple times using just the dpad and couldn't get this until I switched to the above scheme and got it my first try. To speed up the process skip to level 3 in order to jump right to level requiring you to catch freddy, you will have to get gas at a few stations as well as be efficient in stopping and starting to avoid collisions then speed back to the station after you have caught freddy, in order to catch him just run him off the road by bashing into him a lot from one of his sides. In my multiple previous failures I had also learned where the gas stations were, it may take you a few tries to get back to the station before running out.
