I found out after a few attempts that a speed run was necessary. Try to get all of the stars you can in the first area, killing what you have to. For your first set of upgrades, go with a shield. If you have extra, get extra damage.
The next area is where you are going to try to speed through. Don't forget to grab either key and if you have to kill an enemy, do so. I always shot if something was in front of me. If you made it past the second area, upgrade your shield or whatever you want to upgrade.
The last area is where you can bypass almost every enemy. There is fuel here which you will most likely need. When you get to the base at the end, shoot open the door and go right in. Once you are inside, you have limited time to grab whatever you want and get out. Evacuate through the door and you will get the achievement.

Firstly get used to the controls so you can move around properly. Once you feel comfortable start the game proper and kill all the enemies in the first area and collect all the stars. Take any door it doesn't matter. At the upgrade screen choose the shields.
In the second area, again shoot everything and collect all the stars. The key is half way through the level. Take the door and pick shields again and longer range bullets if you have enough.
This is where it gets tough in the third area. Try to kill all the enemies without getting hit much (longer range bullets help here). Once you reach the end there should be a base. Enter the base and then leave before it blows up. The trophy should pop then.
This game isn't particularly confusing but the controls are terrible and take getting used to. Picking shields as your power up will mean you take lots more hits so I'd recommend doing that.

Yet ANOTHER decent arcade game just destroyed by bad controls. It's hard to even explain just how bad the controls are. Just practice. Don't even worry about beating the first base until you can consistently maneuver your tank well.
Once you have that figured out it becomes pretty simple. On the first stage just head up, collecting fuel and finally grabbing either key at the end and go through the corresponding door. The second stage is where it can get hairy. Keep heading up, dodging bullets, defeating enemies and collecting fuel and make sure to grab the key about halfway through the stage. Continue heading up to the door and head through it. On the third and final stage, head up and to the left. When you see the base, rain down upon it your massive firepower. When it is destroyed, head inside. Once inside, just exit out through any door and the trophy is yours.

For this one you will work your way towards the top of the screen in the first level. Fuel tanks act as health, pick them up as needed, also get the blue or purple keys you will need them to exit. Shoot enemies working your way to the end on level two as well pick up the key you see and exit out the corresponding door.
For level three you will work your way up the screen until you will see a base on the left hand side of the screen, shoot the door and it will open allowing you inside. Drive out any of the immediate doors open and you will pop this.
