I got this in the intro City stage with Seismic's (Mighty No 4) power. It weakens every enemy so you can absorb them so all you have to do is hit them with the power and then dash. The only enemy who will give you trouble with this are those electric gates towards the end that end up resting on the ceiling but they're still easy to absorb with just the regular buster.
You need to kill every enemy since my final combo count was about 56 so you can attempt to nab this achievement in the process.

I found it very easy to keep the combos up using the electric form for kills. As long as you and the enemy are connected with the arc you can absorb from however far away you are.

I personally used the Battle Colosseum stage as the beginning sets you up for a 25 combo.
You must dash into an enemy as soon as they enter their stun to get the 100%. If you keep hitting an enemy after it's stun it will eventually die. I personally would kill any enemy that was going to stand in the way of my 100%
You only lose the combo if you absorb anything that isn't 100% so you can take your time with this.
Stage 1 (City) is probably a bit easier if you take it slow but it's pretty easy to screw up a combo with the electric enemies.

After hitting an enemy enough times, you will weaken it and be able to absorb it by dashing through it or close enough to it. In order to get 100% Absorption, you need to absorb the enemy as soon as you weaken it, otherwise you will get a lower Absorption %. This trophy requires you to 100%-absorb 50 enemies in a row and will pop upon absorbing the last enemy. The combo will break if you absorb an enemy with a lower % or die. If you weaken a far away enemy and are unsure about absorbing it in time, it is best to not absorb it at all by killing it with your weapons or not dashing in case you need to get close to it. You can keep track of your combo on the top-right of the screen.
It is highly recommended to get this trophy in the Power Plant level on Normal difficulty with Battalion’s weapon, as shown in the below video:

Do this on the radio tower stage with the cryosphere weapon. Do not absorb any enemies that you can't absorb instantly. Just take it slow. There are more than enough enemies. I got to a 62 combo before I realized the achievements stopped at 50.
