Mighty No. 9

In Aviator's stage, there is a segment where the air is blowing straight up and you ascend slightly while air dashing. Kill all the enemies here, then drop to the bottom where you originally came into this area from, proceed to spam air dash from the bottom platform till you reach the top, the achievement should pop shortly before you get to the end. The slightly tricky part is avoiding the grabable rings on the way up, if you hug the right edge while dashing right, except for when you have to move around the one platform on that side it shouldn't be too difficult to make it without touching anything.
