this one is easier on city
to get this, you'll need to shoot all enemies without missing the target. you cannot use any special weapon , only normal buster and xceleration dashes
here's a list of shots and enemies:
security robot ---3 shots
flying robot(small) ---2 shots
flyin robot (yellow) --- 3 shots
circular robot. ( looks like a vacuum) --- 3 shots
green robot (shield) --- 1 shot behind
green robot (throw grenades). --- 3 shots
security gate --- 3 shots
for the boss keep firing until he get stuned, just fire if you''re getting a hit confirm.

I hit the shield guys on their shields a couple of times, bullets bounced off, but still got the achievement. Posting this so that no one restarts for this reason like I did a bunch of times.

I did this on the city stage. It doesn't say anything about damage so I just didn't shoot anyone. I just dashed through all the enemies until I got to the part where I had to fight the waves of enemies and was very very careful about timing my shots. At the boss I was just careful about only shooting him in the face and only enough to stun him.
