A real brain teaser, this one!
1. When he fires his arms at you, jump over the low arm, then ram into it from behind (hi Sporl) with Seismic. This also works when he launches both arms down from above at once.
2. Do about half damage to the "real" boss, and the robot will learn new tricks. The most obvious one is to send a hail of rockets down upon you. Using Brandish (regular shots also work and may be easier), you have to destroy a certain amount of these rockets in one go by jumping around and slashing wildly to earn this Fine Play. Learning the patterns of the rockets before trying this is recommended.
3. Finally, his other new trick is to start trying to ram you when he gets low on health. Get him into a weakened purple state when this happens, and dash into him to interrupt his charge and destroy him, giving you your final elusive Fine Play.

I just did all three of those things in one attempt, and this achievement still shows 66% and won't unlock. Ugh.

A good tactic I found for the rockets was to use Avi. Hold the helo rotars above your head to destroy rockets. Just stand still when the conveyor goes left.

- When the Eye robot fires its arms at you use Seismic to bounce on the lower arm and destroy it.
- The other two require you to get the boss to half health. My strategy Super Boss Killer is to kill the boss without having to deal with the second half improvements. Let the Eye robot regenerate a second time to get these FINE PLAY! bonuses.
- The boss will shoot a barrage of missiles at you. Use Aviator and hold the attack. This will destroy all the missiles being fired at you.
- The Eye robot will dash at you to try and damage you. Absorb the robot as he dashes at you.
