How to unlock the Mighty Anniversary achievement in Mighty No. 9 - Definitive Guide

It did not pop for me on the 9th the first time i tried it.

I then took my xbox offline, restarted, set the date to the 9th at around 4pm, beat the game, restarted, put my xbox back online and I got it.

The only stipulation is that if you want to play offline your xbox needs to be your home xbox so you cant be game sharing

For this one, all you need to do is complete the Battle Colosseum stage to the credits on any difficulty on the 9th of any month.

I did this on July 9th, and it popped as soon as Trinity appeared after you absorb her core the second time.

UPDATE: Per comments, it looks like this has to be done before midnight GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) on the 9th of a month, not the console time.

Want to add that this one might be glitched. I beat Trinity on the ninth a total of 4 times and never got the achievement. Beat her 2 times, reset the console and did it 2 more times and nothing. I'll try again next month.

I wonder if it's going by console time or GMT? Looking through the recent winners and first winners, with the exception of those first ones in the 20s, and all of them have times listed before midnight GMT. I just finished the game for the first time at roughly 10 PM EST, and nothing.

I can confirm that it's probably GMT. Just completed the game at roughly 10:45 PM May 8th EST.

I did this on the 9th just like it asked and the game did not give me the achievement.

What I then did was take my xbox offline, restart it. I then changed the date to be the 9th at like 3pm, and restarted it. I then went and did the final stage again and beat the game. You do not have to beat the entire game.

I then put the system back online and restarted it again and I got the achievement.
