I used lv 13 solution URR stacked the box then hit Y to restart till achievement popped but didn't work till I had to delete save from everywhere.

I didn't have to delete the save from everywhere. I just had to do about 15 more instead of the 3 and 5 more needed for the restarts and stacking.

Yeah, you don't have to delete, but you definitely do need to do a bunch more.
