Can be unlocked in sandbox mode.
Once in sandbox mode, build as many shops as your patience can manage. Then build a Yokai home and upgrade it to house at least 100. Start the day and you should make $1000 by the end. If not, build more shops or raise prices and try again until it pops.

From what I could tell the Yokai don't really have any dissatisfaction when it comes to prices nor whats in the stores. So you can put whatever you please in the store and raise the prices on them till you can't raise them anymore and they will still buy everything making this achievement really easy to get.
