For me to get the Break the Structure you have to go down the Moon side route. I purposely lost two personalities and helped the Moon group except for failing the tv broadcast thing and helping with Luna's side quests. I don't know if the combination causes this effect or it is just losing the personality of the two individuals.

OKAY so I did the Good Zebra again and tested a theory which proved to be right. All you need to do is to lose two personalities. Help the moon group as much as you want. The key is losing the two personalities. I just backed it up 8 days from the 42 and just used electric and healing on two patients. Then I skipped (as I had plenty of K to get me to the end. And the options were there.
It doesn't matter when you lose the two just have to lose two personalities somewhere in the run you are playing!
On day 42 you should be given the choice of telling her to concentrate or you can't do this. Choose the concentrate and tell her to keep focusing. If you go for the alternate answer you will get the other achievement "Agreement." Just rewind the day and choose the other answer for the alternative achievement.

Just want to add on that you can cancel treatments midway through (there should be an X button in the top left where the map button usually is). I just tested this and it is possible to rewind to day 41 and quickly wipe and cancel on two patients then skip the rest of the day to save some more time.

I’m sorry everyone, but the guide is partly wrong. I only lost 1 personality and eventually the Moonrise girl will still contact you, asking you to do stuff like distract a guard or something. I’m sure you don’t need to lose any personalities at all, why would that be needed for Moonrise to ask you to help?
