Mind Scanners

I would recommend checking the great guide from MattyJWest on the Mind Sculptor achievement for all of the tips on how to complete the game on Hard Mode, as these apply to both Normal and Easy Mode.
There are various differences in gameplay settings depending on the difficulty, but the most noticeable difference is the amount of Kapok required for your daily maintenance (more differences are available here).

Easy: 6K maintenance per day
Normal: 7K maintenance per day
Hard: 8K maintenance per day

If you play exactly the same as you would on Hard mode, you will likely have an excess of Kapok left over around day 30-35 on both Easy and Normal Mode, enough to simply skip each day without treating anybody. This will be useful for completing endings faster.

Not a guide, but just a heads up. I completed the game on Normal and this didn't pop. Not sure if I'm unlucky, but it didn't stack for me. Playing on PC.
